What the contact form collects

When you send the form, Aspire receives:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• What you need (the option you pick from the list)
• Your town or neighborhood, if you enter it
• Any details you type in, such as the brand of safe or what happened
• The page of this website you sent the form from

If you call, text or email instead, Mike receives whatever you choose to send that way, like your number or a photo of your lock.

How it's used

Your information is used for one thing: responding to your request. That means calling or texting you back, asking follow-up questions about the job, giving you a price, and doing the work. The page you sent the form from helps Mike know which service you were reading about.

Who it's shared with

No one, except the services needed to deliver your message to Mike: the company that hosts this website and the lead notification service that passes form messages to him by email and text. Those services handle the information only to deliver it.

Aspire Safe and Lock does not sell, rent or trade your information, and doesn't share it with advertisers or marketing lists.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn't run ad pixels that follow you to other sites. Like any website, the hosting service may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.

Deleting your information

To have your information deleted, or to ask what Aspire has on file about you, email info@aspiresafeandlock.com with your name and the phone number you used. Mike will remove it and confirm by reply. Records needed for a job that was completed, such as an invoice, may need to be kept for tax and business purposes.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging locksmith and safe service. It isn't directed at children, and Aspire doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
