Short answer: call or text Mike at (661) 927-7473, say where you are and what's locked: house, car or business. He handles house, vehicle and building lockouts. If a car key or fob also needs replacing, that key usually has to be ordered, so it's scheduled as a separate visit.
Emergency service is available 24 hours. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Locked out at night or on a weekend? Call (661) 927-7473.
House lockouts
The door swings shut, the keys are inside, and it's always at a bad time. Call Mike, tell him the address and what kind of lock is on the door.
Hi...we recently locked ourselves out of our house ..called Mike at Aspire Locksmith, he is our longtime friend ..he was at our house quickly and had us in enjoying a cup of coffee ..thanks Mike you never let us down
If your key was lost rather than locked inside, think about rekeying once you're back in, so the lost key stops working. See rekeying.
Broke a key off in the lock? Don't try to pull out the broken piece. It's easily pushed further into the lock, which makes it harder to remove. Call instead.
To help Mike plan, tell him how many doors need to be opened to get in and what locks are on each (for example, one door with a knob lock and a deadbolt), and text or email clear photos of the whole door and a close-up of each lock and its keyway.
Car lockouts
Mike does emergency vehicle lockouts. One customer's parents were stranded at a restaurant with the keys locked in the car:
my parents live in Philly area and were stranded at restaurant with keys locked in car and used aspire safe and lock and mike came and got them in and on there way promptly . very professional, Knowledgeable and very fair pricing . I live out of state and looked them up by searching locksmith on Google and took a chance and it worked out great. I highley recommend and would give more stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There's a difference between keys locked in the car and keys that are gone. Getting you in is a lockout. Replacing a lost key or fob is a different job. Mike can't guarantee a specific key or fob will be on hand; most need to be ordered and scheduled. Call with the year, make and model so the right key can be ordered. More at car keys and fobs.

If a child or a pet is locked in a car, especially on a hot or cold day, call 911 first.
Business and building lockouts
A storefront that won't open in the morning, an office door with a broken key in it, a storage room or gate padlock. Building lockouts are part of Mike's work, including the odd ones. One customer's partner lost the key to a cage lock:
Mike was fast and professional even though it was a very odd situation. He really help me out after my partner lost the key to my 🐓 cage. Never once judged while performing the service.

Lockouts are where the scams are
Call-center "locksmiths" go after lockout calls more than anything else, because people who are locked out are in a hurry. The pattern is well documented: a listing that looks local, a very low price on the phone, then a much bigger bill on site, often after a lock is drilled that didn't need drilling.
A few habits protect you:
- Ask for the business name when they answer. Be wary of a phone answered with just "locksmith."
- Ask how the job will be priced before anyone heads your way, including any after-hours charge.
- Be wary of anyone who wants to drill a standard house lock straight away.
- Check that the person who arrives matches the business you called.

Locked out of a safe instead?
That's Mike's specialty. See safe opening or, if the keypad just died, what to check when a safe won't open.
Questions people ask
How fast can you get to me?
Call or text Mike at (661) 927-7473 and he'll tell you when he can get there.
Can you get me into my car if the keys are locked inside?
Yes. Mike does emergency vehicle lockouts. In his words, he cannot guarantee a specific key or fob will be on hand, and most will need to be ordered and scheduled. Getting you into the car is a separate job from replacing a lost key.
Will you have to drill my lock?
Most residential lockouts don't need it. Be wary of anyone who goes straight to drilling a standard house lock.
How much does a lockout cost?
It depends on the job, where you are and whether it's an emergency or a scheduled visit. Call Mike and he'll tell you how it will be priced.
Do I need to show ID?
Expect to. A legitimate locksmith will want to see that you live at the house or own the car before letting you in.
