Got a safe nobody can open in Fairless Hills? Call or text Mike at (661) 927-7473 or email info@aspiresafeandlock.com. Send a photo of the door and lock, and tell him whether it has a dial, a keypad or a key.
Safes that outlast their owners
Fairless Hills went up in a short span, so many of its streets are lined with houses of the same age and style. Houses that old have often passed from the original owners to their children, or been sold, cleaned out and sold again. That's how a lot of safes get stranded: the person who knew the combination is gone, and the safe is still sitting in the basement or the back of a closet.
Older dial safes are the classic version of this, but newer keypad safes and gun safes end up in the same spot when the code was never shared.
Safe work in Fairless Hills
- Inherited safes from a parent's or grandparent's house
- Lost combinations on dial and keypad safes
- Gun safes with dead keypads or lost combinations
- Combination changes when the house or the safe changes hands
- Lost safe keys on key-locked safes and boxes

Before you call: a quick checklist
- Search for the combination. Desk drawers, address books, the back of the safe's manual, envelopes taped under drawers.
- Look for a brand name. It's usually on the door or a small plate. Photograph it.
- Note the lock type. Dial, keypad, key or a mix. Some safes have two locks.
- Don't force it. No prying, no hammering and never cut the hinges.
Then text or email Mike the photos. The more he knows ahead of time, the better he can plan the visit.

Questions people ask
We inherited my father's safe and nobody knows the combination. Can it be opened?
Yes. The safe can be opened without the combination, and once it's open the lock can be set to a new combination for the family. If you think the numbers might be written down somewhere, look first. See inherited safes.
The house we bought came with a safe. Who else knows the code?
You can't know, so assume someone does. Have the combination changed. If the sellers didn't leave it, the safe gets opened first. See combination changes.
Will opening the safe ruin it?
It shouldn't. Mike's goal is to open any safe in the least destructive way possible, then repair it correctly so it can be used again.
